Women’s Fitness

HIIT Classes

A 45 minute class that is designed to push you and excite you about working out and staying healthy. Each class is set up in 3 rotations of five 30 second intervals. They will be fast and fierce. Get ready to sweat in this HIGH CARDIO, get after it workout!

Nikki gears her teachings to make a large class feel like it is personalized just for you. She will motivate you and push you to a level that you can’t reach on your own. All physical levels are welcome to join this class, however we will be moving around the mats and at a fast pace. If you need modification, Nikki will be sure to help you!

Fitness Kickboxing

Join Nikki in this fun, engaging no-contact fitness kickboxing class designed for women to let off some steam. If you love the idea of putting on some gloves and throwing a few punches and kicks while getting a great workout then this is the class for you. Each class will push you through cardio bursts; as well as, toning all muscles groups through a variety of exercises using our wavemaster bags.

Butts and Gutts

A 45 minute class that is designed to push you and excite you about working out and staying healthy. 1 minute intervals with each exercise. Each class is tailored to boost your muscle tone through multiple fun exercises of strength building and cardio. We will tone up your butt and strengthening your tummy.

Nikki gears her teachings to make a large class feel like it is personalized just for you. She will motivate you and push you to a level that you can’t reach on your own. All physical levels are welcome to join this class and modifications are also given. This class will be specifically in our own squares.

Trim and Tone

Trim and Tone is a class specifically designed for women who would like to incorporate toning into their workout routine. This is a great class to start if you feel intimidated to join a group setting. This class is specialized in low-impact workouts while engaging the muscles through a pilates influence. If you’re interested in working out but shy away from jumping and heavy cardio burst this is the class for you. We use short intervals with 30 second bursts to help achieve a full body workout. We work on separating the muscle groups into small circuits for the arms, abs, and legs. This allows us to target each area for a specific length of time.

Owner/Instructor

Introducing Nikki Engels, a passionate and experienced fitness instructor with a strong background in various disciplines. With 17 years of dedicated experience in the fitness industry, Nikki has been empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals and embrace a healthier lifestyle.

Nikki’s qualifications include a Viniyoga Instructor Certification, Precision Nutrition Certification, a Blue Belt in Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu, and a Black Belt in Taekwondo. With her RYT 200 Hour Yoga Certification Nikki is able to incorporate the principles of yoga into her fitness teachings.

In addition to her expertise, Nikki is a published author, having written the book “Clarity: Crack the Code To Healing Body, Mind, and Emotions from the Inside Out.” Her diverse knowledge and experience make her a well-rounded instructor, capable of providing holistic guidance to her students.

With a philosophy that something is better than nothing, Nikki believes in the importance of getting up and moving to achieve one’s goals. She encourages her students to modify and personalize their workouts, ensuring that they remain motivated and engaged throughout their fitness journey.

Nikki’s classes offer a variety of options, including Kickboxing, HIIT Classes, Trim and Tone, Butts and Gutts, Cardio, Toning Classes, Yoga, and more. She incorporates equipment such as physio balls, weight training, and medicine balls to add variety and challenge to her workouts.

Following an initial assessment, she takes the time to work closely with students, providing a personal approach and tailored guidance to help them reach their specific fitness objectives. Q: What should I wear and bring to the fitness classes?

A: We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire that allows for ease of movement. Shoes are not allowed on the mats, you will be barefoot for your workout. A water bottle is a must and you may also want to bring a towel. All equipment is provided for you.

Q: I have a previous injury or physical limitation. Can I still participate in the fitness classes?

A: Absolutely. Our instructors are experienced in working with individuals with varying needs and can provide modified exercises to accommodate your specific situation. It’s important to inform the instructor about any injuries or limitations before the class so they can offer appropriate modifications and ensure your safety. 

Q: Can I participate in the fitness classes if I'm pregnant?

A: While it’s always best to consult with your healthcare provider, in many cases, participating in fitness classes during pregnancy is safe and beneficial. Our instructors can provide modifications to ensure your comfort and safety. However, it’s crucial to inform the instructor about your pregnancy so they can offer appropriate guidance
